As in all equatorial countries, Kenya has a tropical climate.
Seasons don’t seem to vary too much. The change in daylight hours is minimal, as are the
temperature fluctuations between summer and winter. The typical daily temperature ranges from
hot to intense heat depending on the season. The temperature drops to a pleasant and
comfortable level throughout the colder months, depending on the region. With some humidity,
the seashore is the warmest part of the country

- Kenya is crossed from north to south by the Great Rift Valley, also known as the East African Rift Valley. It was formed more than 25 million years ago by geological stresses in the earth's crust and is around 6,500 kilometers long and 60 kilometers wide. The wide valley allowed for the formation of many lakes and created unique habitats for the country's wildlife.
- Mount Kenya is the second-highest mountain in Africa after Kilimanjaro in neighboring Tanzania which can also be seen in Kenya.
