FRENCH POLYNESIA WEATHER

General weather Overview

Like all equatorial countries, French Polynesia has a tropical climate. There is almost no difference between the seasons. The daylight hours vary little and the temperature differences between summer and winter are also small. In French Polynesia, a vast archipelago in the South Pacific, the climate is tropical, influenced by trade winds from the southeast, with a hot and humid season. The warm season is also the rainiest, although there is a risk of hurricanes. Temperatures vary little throughout the year but are high in the northern islands and gradually get cooler as you move south.
